Goldcrest Views 2 receives building completion certificate
Goldcrest Views 2 received the building completion certificate last month from the Department of Planning and Development, Government of Dubai.
The project 'Goldcrest Views 2' based on design of the 'Fins', which characterize Goldcrest buildings; move closer to each other as they stretch skywards. Complete with modern amenities, entertainment, shopping and leisure facilities, which spell luxury, exclusivity and prestige.
The 39-storey tower, designed around a rectangular plan, offers a spectacular lakeside and island view from the apartments, on all levels.
The building has a bold, contemporary style with strong visual elements. The tower provides a panoramic view of Dubai and symbolizes the aspiration of modern living.
Speaking about the delivery of the project, Mr. Haji Mohammed Rafiq, Chairman of Star Giga Establishment said, We are proud to proclaim that amidst the current global financial upheaval, in the last 6 months we are delivering this high quality building in Jumeirah Lakes Towers in addition to Goldcrest Executive, which was delivered two months back.
