ETA Star invests in CRM skills training

    As a part of its continuous improvement objectives for 2009, ETA Star Properties have been investing in training both its Sales and Customer Relationship Management teams to cope with the increasing challenges thrown by the current market. The company recently nominated its CRM team for a 6-week Customer Relationship Management skills training conducted by Creative Management Consultants, Dubai covering key skills like telephone etiquettes, standardisation of messaging and responses to customer enquiries, body language traits, listening skills, customer complaints handling etc

    Creative Management Consultant established in 1996 specialises in training programs for professional development, business management and development.  Mr Chander Mohan, Executive Director of Creative Management Consultants, a leader soft-skills trainer in the region conducted the workshops and intends to follow-up with regular quizes, customer research, mystery shopping surveys and individual counselling sessions to achieve the set objectives of the program. According to Mr Mohammed Ali, General Manager, ETA Star Properties "2009 is a challenging year for the industry and we intend to take the lead in ensuring we deliver the best brand experience we possibly can, both front and back-end. Towards this goal, a substantial portion of our training budget will be dedicated to CRM and we sincerely hope our customers get better service in the coming months"
