23 Marina reaches 58th floor
'23 Marina', the luxurious residential tower being developed by Hircon International at the picturesque Dubai Marina, is scaling new heights with construction continuing at a steady pace.
As on date, the core wall has touched the 58th level while the slab is at the 56th level, with glass facade works at 28th level. Most of the MEP works are completed upto 45th floor. The final finishes have begun and are currently being carried out at 40th floor. The complete construction work is expected to be completed on schedule by mid 2010.
Also a mockup apartment is set to be completed by end of June 2009, and all the clients will be intimated as soon as it is ready.
The 380-metre tall '23 Marina' tower boasts of 48 exclusive duplex apartments offering a new level of residential luxury. Each of these duplex apartments is located on the top 24 floors with its own private plunge pool, Jacuzzi and internal elevator, setting a new hallmark of excellence.
