ETA stands for Emirates Trading Agencies.

The Belvedere



Located in Dubai Marina, the world's largest master planned waterfront complex, The Belvedere is the first project from ETA Star. The 6-storey, fully residential development offers amazing views of the 3.5 kms long man-made marina and its vista. Keeping with the luxurious lifestyle concept of Dubai Marina, the spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments at The Belvedere feature every modern amenity one can think of. The landscaped exteriors extend into private gardens for the ground floor apartments.

The Palladium



Much like its namesake from the platinum group of metals, The Palladium is a distinctive lifestyle project designed to provide charm and sophistication to those associated with it and captures the essence of lakeside living. Located right in the heart of Jumeirah Lakes Towers, The Palladium is a 34-storey office, retail and residential complex, designed by reputed architects from DAR Consultants and features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses. All floors of the property offer stunning views of the lake on one side and city vista on the other. It offers facilities such as temperature controlled swimming pools for adults and children, as well as a jacuzzi and modern health club featuring a gymnasium, steam room, sauna and lockers. Goldcrest Executive



Located in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers community, the 39-storey structure holds offices till the 19th floor and residential apartments from the twenty-first onwards. Occupants have a choice between studio and 1 bedroom apartments that have been appointed with the latest fittings for them to feel instantly at home. The word recreation takes on a new meaning up on the 39th floor. Goldcrest Views II

23 Marina



A grand tribute to the glory of Dubai, 23 Marina is an exclusive and elegant structure that is prepared to pamper its occupants. Being developed with the Hiranandani Group of India, the 90-storey high magnificent structure will home occupants in 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes designed to the highest level of quality. With 3 levels of spas, exclusive fitness centers, indoor and outdoor temperature controlled swimming pools, lavish decks and optional house automation, 23 Marina sets a sky high standard for luxury living. The project is expected to be delivered by early 2010.

Al Manara



Al Manara, designed exclusively to reflect style and functionality comprises 31-storey top-class office and commercial complex. The tower will be located at Business Bay on the banks of the new creek, and has been designed by the renowned Singapore-based firm "Architects 61". The Centrium



The Centrium stands majestically at the heart of the International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), the first free zone in the region dedicated to media activities. The Summit

Launched in November 2007 in the presence of famed tennis icon Maria Sharapova, this lifestyle project will be complete by first quarter 2010. With the view to ensure exclusivity, Dubai Lifestyle City has partnered with some of the most respected brands including JW Marriot, IMG Academies,
Microsoft and Cisco. Dubai Lifestyle City features JW Marriot branded, furnished and serviced 68 Tuscan-themed villas
and 120 villettes, conceived by Tony Ashai, the celebrated Beverly Hills designer. Dubai Lifestyle City covers a land area of over 4 million square feet and aims at creating a self-sufficient lifestyle community.

Verde Towers



Verde is the first green building designed by ETA Star Properties to achieve LEED Gold rating. It symbolizes the very essence of life and all things living in perfect harmony. It also reinforces the external belief that making peace with nature is a prerequisite to making peace in the world and finding peace within.
This project comprises of two towers located in Dubai Maritime City:
1. Residential tower with retail has a total built up area of 1,35 million sq. ft.
2. Commercial tower with offices with a total built up area of 820,000 sq. ft.
3. Combined built up area of both towers are 2.17 million sq. ft.
4. The office tower is 33 floors high with 25 office floors and the residential tower is 48 floors high with 40 storeys in height. The towers comprises of a central district refrigeration plant, wind turbines (only for residences), photovoltaic in glazing and shading systems, solar hot water, energy efficient lighting equipment and grey water system.

ETA Star Hospitality
Star Hospitality operates under the commercial name Star Hospitality Hotels & Resorts. The new company aims to build a new benchmark in hospitality experience in the region and beyond. The properties managed by Star Hospitality include Hallmark hotel. Hallmark Hotel started operations in February 2004, the Hotel is uniquely family friendly as we do not have Clubs or Bars on premises. Located in Al Riqqa ' Deira, Hallmark Hotel is an ideal address for leisure and business minded guests alike. Shopping malls, the central business district and International Airport are all within a few minutes reach. The property has undergone various refurbishments, the last of which was done just few months back. Located on Salahuddin Road, Star Metro Deira, offers ultra modern comfort to business visitors and holiday makers. The hotel comprises of 164 spacious rooms. The hotel apartment has received 'Deluxe' status by the Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Star Metro Deira consists of studios and 1 bedroom apartments fitted with state of the art digital equipment and furnishings. Star Boutique - Clock Tower

Developments in India

TechnoPark, Chennai



The ETA TechnoPark Project (ETA @ T) is a project with a vision that addresses the IT infrastructure requirements of the country. It envisages the creation of an IT SEZ (under the scheme of Government of India) in Chennai, on Old Mahabalipuram Road about 20 kms from Chennai. The campus will comprise of 26.36 acres with a built in area of about 4.16 million sq. ft. The project has been granted the SEZ clearance, making it one of the first few of its kind in Tamil Nadu. All other necessary approvals and clearances from various regulating authorities have been obtained enabling the project to go full steam ahead. The project is planned in a totally different style from the normal IT concrete jungles, with state-of-the-art construction technology and planning that is conducive to international clients. It will create readily occupiable buildings with a completely finished shell of common and service infrastructure, while interiors will be left to clients' preferences. The revenue model is based on the collection of rents for the area let out. The design of the TechnoPark project with greenery, twin towers
and 2 blocks is expected to change the skyline of Chennai and also the concept of IT parks. With elaborate car parks and open surroundings, the project will be nothing less than iconic.

Jasmine Court, Chennai

The Gardens, Bangalore



The first project of ETA Star in India, The Gardens is a truly unique project, being the first residential development to be cleared by India's Union Ministry of Environment and Forest. The Gardens will have energy-efficient, sustainable architecture that balances out the ecological systems within the built environment. The Gardens comprises of 10 individual and interconnected residential towers, all 18 floors each, totaling to 927 apartments contributing to a built-up area of about 1.6 million sq. ft. There are 28 different types of apartments in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom formats ranging from 1350-3500 sq. ft. each. The project is expected to be delivered by the last quarter of 2009.

Le Chalet



A colony of smart concept villas at Thandalam (6km from Queensland) for those who would rater not have their neighbour's life spilling into their living room. This project has around 400 villas spread over 22 acres of land. You can choose from a mix of semi-independant villas and independent villas. Each villa enjoys an exclusive terrace, landscape and car park! Lush landscaping and a network of well-lit roads create a cosy, safe and warm ambience for the colony. Yes, ETA Star has joined hands with suitable partners to launch most of its projects. Partnerships have forged depending on the requirement of planned projects. Hircon LLC, ETA Star's joint venture with India's Hiranandani Developers Pvt. Ltd., is developing the 90-storey 23 Marina. Similarly, ETA Star has joined hands with Mazyood Giga Group, which is a culmination of the joint venture between Star Property Developers LLC and the Giga Group, for projects like Goldcrest Views-2, Gold Executive, Goldcrest Dreams 1, 2, 3, and 4

10) Can you provide a glimpse of your properties to be launched in the year 2008-09?
In April 2008, we launched a waterfront property in Dubai Maritime City, called Verde. Earlier this year we launched
Centre Court at Jumeirah Village, South Dubai.

15) Is ETA Star involved with any Corporate Social Responsibility programs?
Yes, ETA has launched its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives with the 'Homes for Homeless' organisation in 2007, and Red Crescent Authority (RCA), a primary humanitarian organization of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to raise money to build homes for the destitute. ETA Star and its joint venture partners Hircon and Star Giga contributed one percent, approximately AED 2 million, to the RCA who will in turn build houses for the needy.
In 2008, ETA Star Properties program 'Homes for the Homeless' joined hands with Habitat for Humanity, an organisation that builds homes for the homeless across the world. ETA Star Properties and its joint venture partners Homes r Us, Dubai Lifestyle City and Star Cement will contribute 1% of their sales to Habitat for Humanity for building homes in Pakistan, India, Ethiopia and Bangladesh.

Humanatarian aid for the homeless at Myanmar by ETA Star
ETA Star Properties donated 5000kgs of rice grains for the benefit of people affected by Cyclone Nargis in Myanmar. The donation is being made through the World Concern Nargis Relief Team the world's largest international food assistance organization.
Cyclone Nargis caused the caused the worst natural disaster in the recorded history of Myanmar. The tempest took over 130,000 lives and has left more than 2 million people in need of humanitarian aid, contaminating water sources, obliterating schools and the Myanmar children are suffering from acute malnutrition.

Helping Gaza Victims
ETA Star Properties has joined hands with the Red Crescent Authority of the United Arab Emirates to provide relief supplies to the people affected in the war torn Gaza.
The employees of ETA Star Properties donated 25 cartons of new clothes for the people of Gaza. The donation was made through the Gaza Relief Fund set up by the Red Crescent Authority of the United Arab Emirates.
