ETA Star, a superbrand in Dubai and one of the largest property developer in South Asia launched its "Welcome Home" initiative in Dubai. An Initiative targeted towards the large base of South Indian population residing in Dubai and Other Middle East States. Welcome Home brings to them an opportunity to invest in seven landmark projects at Chennai and Bangalore.
The initiative was kick started on 5th Dec with a Road show held at ETA Star House, Deira which saw large gathering of people looking forward to investing in the already booming real estate market of Chennai and Bangalore.
The properties on display were Rosedale-Padur at OMR, Chennai, Le Chalet- Sriperumbudur, Chennai, Wing Haven Gardens- Karanai, Chennai, Globevill- Sriperumbudur, Chennai, Mount Central-Mount Road, Chennai, The Gardens- Bangalore and Lalique- R.A. Puram, Chennai. The range of projects included plotted development, villas, premium apartments, signature apartments, commercial space and retail space.
With spot offers and spot loans available from HDFC and ICICI bank the Road Show was widely appreciated by the 200 plus visitors for the arrangements and the wide variety of options available to invest in India.
