ETA Star customers to master the art of self defence !
As a part of the community events, ETA Star Properties once again is organising an interesting activity for its customers. This time it is for Self Defence of body and mind.
ETA Star in association with NEARU martial arts, would be conducting this unique activity that would allow the participants to master the art of self defence of mind and body. The unique martial art form is based on ancient breathing techniques from Tibet. It increases the physical fitness, self confidence and unleashes the inner power of the soul. It also awakens the muscles that are rarely utilized, relaxes the mind, and teaches the art of breathing which has been long forgotten due to the modern way of life.
The sessions would be starting from 25th August 2010 between 7 and 8 pm. There will be 2 sessions per week. Cost of each session would be AED 40/- i.e. 8 sessions in a month would be AED 640 per month. The schedule for the same is as follows:
