ETA Star and Ascon Lanka commissioned the Golden Enclave Ascon Residencies in Colombo in October 2005. This project is the first of its kind in the Dematagoda area and will cater to the growing demand for middle-income housing. The Golden Enclave Ascon Residencies is a 13 storey high complex with 126 two and three bedroom apartments and 14 luxury penthouses.
Maintaining ETA-Ascon Lanka's commitment to providing a high quality of life to its customers, Golden Enclave Ascon Residencies feature leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, children's play area and a car park on the ground floor for 140 cars which have no equal in Colombo's residential buildings.
ETA Star - Ascon Lanka have applied their expertise to this project in order to provide their customers with complete satisfaction and draw attention to the emerging Dematagoda area that has easy access to all road networks leading to the Bandaranaike International Airport at Katunayake and Kandy, the hill capital of Sri Lanka. Further, the entire internal structure of the building is designed in such a manner as to allow enough cross ventilation and with emphasis on creating an eco-friendly environment in and around the complex and energy saving aspects.
With a total built-up area of 200,000 square feet, a shopping mall covering 15,000 sq.ft. and an atrium up to the 12th floor have also been built into the complex. This further adds to the attraction of the Golden Enclave Ascon Residencies as retailers and department stores have already signed up to be a part of this venture.
