Note :

Statutory Expenses with respect to service tax, sales tax and any other taxes will be calculated actual as per Government procedure and have to be paid as and when required.

Any increase in statutory levies or any additional levies in respect of the above transactions arising out of service tax provision shall be paid by the purchaser.

Site Grading : The Entire Site will be raised and leveled,taking the roads and surrounding areas into consideration.
